How do I know what type of screening I need?
Your company, DER, consortium, or ordering official should provide a confirmation page via email or in print. Without it, we cannot proceed with your test.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Bring a valid ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID), confirmation letter, any forwarded emails, and Chain of Custody if applicable. Arrive with a full bladder. Do not shave for hair testing.
How do I know if it is a DOT screening?
DOT screenings are typically for individuals with a CDL or in safety-sensitive roles. Your paperwork should clearly indicate if it’s DOT-related.

Yes. We provide mobile and after-hours testing by request. Please call ahead to schedule.
How long does it take to get my results?
Instant tests give results in minutes. Lab tests take 24–72 hours depending on the test and if confirmation is needed.
Can I eat or drink before my test?
For most tests, yes. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 10–30 minutes before oral fluid collection.
Will I be watched during the urine test?
DOT tests may require direct observation in specific cases. Non-DOT tests are usually not observed.
Can I take a drug test while on prescription medication?
Yes, but bring your prescription. If a substance is flagged, the MRO may contact you for verification before confirming the result.
What happens if I can't provide a urine sample?
You will have up to 3 hours to provide a sample and must stay onsite. Shy bladder protocols will be followed.
Can I bring someone with me?
For privacy and safety, only the person being tested may enter the collection area unless special assistance is needed.
Do you notify employers or agencies directly?
Yes. For employment or court-ordered testing, we send results to the ordering entity securely and promptly.
Is the information shared confidential?
Absolutely. All test results are handled under HIPAA-compliant procedures and only shared with authorized parties.
